It has been observed that sometimes due to timing issue, the data written on
root disk is not reflected in the template if the tempalte is created
immediately after writing data to it.
Adding delay to test cases will help in unblocking the feature testing. Also
adding new test case for timing issue will help in monitoring the status of the
issue in future.
