[~widodh] I don't know why we need this (probably lacks documentation and how
to use it) but this gets built for noredist rpm builds (see here for example
http://packages.shapeblue.com/cloudstack/main/centos/4.3/cloudstack-mysql-ha-4.3.2-shapeblue1.el6.x86_64.rpm).
But as you can observe, it does not get built for debian builds (noredist or
otherwise), but only rpm ones:

Maybe [~htrippaers] may know about this?
