While this could be an environment related issue. On KVM (Ubuntu 14.04 x64
host) host with latest (SHA 45ebdf34aee51217bf32e58039da16870dd1e5b3) ACS 4.5
I'm unable to get console proxy to work. While SSVM seems to work along with
VPCs and VLAN isolation based isolated SNAT network.
