The size of the volume created from a snapshot is not shown correctly in the
ACS GUI. I've reproduced it by doing:
1. Create a snapshot from an rbd volume of 24576M
2. Create volume from the snapshot created in point 1 above
3. Volume size in GUI is shown as 12.90 GB
4. Volume size on storage is shown as 24576M
