In the context of automating Instance content using cloud-init, it could be
interesting to expose the CloudStack Account timezone, if defined, to VM using
meta-data from the VR.
The timezone could be recovered from the VM using URL like:
{code}
http://10.1.1.1/latest/meta-data/timezone
{code}
Then the timezone could be reuse by cloud-init to set the VM timezone
accordingly.
