CLOUDSTACK-8660 - Adding new StringUtils.getDefaultCharset() in order to wrap
the Charset equivalet method.
- This test was added in order to cover the new
StringUtils.getDefaultCharset().
- One cannot be sure that StringUtils.getPreferredCharset() will always be
equals to Charset.defaultCharset()
