I have a custom ISO of a CentOS 7 with a kickstart that does some automatic
installation and at the end it reboot the machine with the "reboot --eject"
command.
In previous versions of CloudStack the behaviour of the platform was to remove
the ISO from the VM even if the console was considering it still attached.
Now the machine loops endlessly since the --eject is not honored and the ISO
keep to be attached.
