There seems to be some quite major changes in RabbitMQ events generated by
CloudStack between 4.3.x and 4.5.1 . However, there are no documentations
mentioning such changes in either release notes or admin guide.
Such changes break any and all integrations with external apps which happen to
use affected CloudStack events. For me, I only use VM.CREATE and VM.DESTROY
events and both are changed.
