When a service in VR (ssh, haproxy, apache2, or dnsmasq) crashes and restarts
by monitoring service, the alerts will be sent to MS dashboard. However, those
alerts do not contain the name of the service that is crashed. Also, for each
failure there are 4 alerts being generated, spamming the dashboard.
