Steps:
1. Create a zone with zone wide primary storage.
2. Deploy a VM ( At this stage, the deployment algorithm is default). Notice
that the deployment succeeds
3. Change the deployment planner to firstfitleastconsumed and restart MS.
4. Launch a VM.
Reason:
Cluster ID is null in case of ZWPS and hence it fails.
