I noticed this issue when the API takes a while to respond and we fire the
API concurrently. Not really sure how we can reproduce this without having to
add 1000+ templates.
Since it's a pure database related issue, can't we use a simulator and that
many templates?
As suggested, I will add couple of unit tests for this.
