Summary: Newly added project is not showing in the drop down until
the browser is refreshed.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Login as admin and navigate to Projects page.
2.Add one project and navigate to Dashboard.
3.Check for newly added project in Project drop down.
Actual behaviour:
New project is showing in drop down only after refreshing the browser.
Expected behaviour:
New project should be shown in drop down without refreshing the browser also.
