Summary: Listing Networks under Project view is throwing error
message due to accountid included in API

Under Projects view when we click on Networks tab, it throws an error that says
"“Account and projectId can't be specified together”
Steps

1. Create a project and add an account
2. Go to Project View and choose the Project created
3. Click on Networks tab
