Repro Steps:
1. Setup basic environments as normal.
2. Open a browser, go to Web Console.
3. Choose "Global Settings" on left panel, select "LDAP Configuration",
configure LDAP.
4. Choose "Account" on left panel, click "Add LDAP Account" button.
5. Input some characters in LDAP Group input box, check the UI.
Expected Result:
All strings should be localized on the "Add LDAP Account" page.
Actual Result:
Some strings are not localized on the "Add LDAP Account" page.
Language Info
SC -> Fail
JA -> Fail
