tested on 4.4.4 and 4.7.1:
Uploading a volume fails when using swift as secondary storage.
The error returned is: org.apache.cloudstack.storage.to.VolumeObjectTO cannot
be cast to org.apache.cloudstack.storage.to.TemplateObjectTO
