The default (builtin) templates in ACS as encoded in setup/templates.sql are
outdated, too big and sometimes do not support functions such as ssh key
upload, password change and userdata.
For example, the set of templates available in
http://dl.openvm.eu/cloudstack/
While the reliability and capacity of the dl.openvm.eu server is not
guaranteed, we can copy the latest template to the current default download
location (download.apachecloudstack.net) and update templates.sql appropriately.
