Description:
network_domain is a optional param while creating network, still
createIpAlias.sh script fails if it is not there in cmdline on VR
network_domain is NULL in networks table, it is not populated in CMDLINE on VR
when it is started.
createIpAlias.sh script fails with the following error in VR /var/logs/messages
Jun 13 21:36:13 r-8185-VM cloud: Setting up apache web server for 89.197.76.164
Jun 13 21:36:13 r-8185-VM cloud: createIpAlias.sh: could not configure apache2
server
Jun 13 21:36:13 r-8185-VM cloud: createIpAlias.sh: reverting to the old config
Jun 13 21:36:13 r-8185-VM cloud: createIpAlias.sh: moving out the failure
config to /etc/failure_config
