LGTM for the Ubuntu part. You could share `/etc/sysconfig/*` and
`/etc/default/*` files between RHEL/Ubuntu (same files, just installed at
different locations). Same for the service files:
```
[service]
EnvironmentFile=-/etc/default/cloudstack-agent
EnvironmentFile=-/etc/sysconfig/cloudstack-agent
```
