When networks are deployment in vmware-based environment, an attribute
'cloud.gc' is set that delays deployment when several hosts are involved. This
attribute may be set only in CloudStack's db for determining network-gc. The
historic usage of this attribute, why this was set and used is not known.
This setting may be bypassed and it is not needed on vmware-side for CloudStack
to determine GC operations on network(s).
