Disabled Host Keeps Being up status after unmanging cluster
TROUBLESHOOTING

Repro steps followed
Disabled Host from UI
Unmanaged the cluster which the host was in.
Still can see the Host showing up in UI.

Unmanaged the cluster which the host was in.
Still can see the Host showing up in UI.
Customer is expecting the host to get removed from UI and should not show up
after disabling it and unmanaging the cluster.
