Created a VM with Windows8.1 template with root disk controller value as
lsilogicsas.when migrating this VM to another host the root disk controller
value is changing.
Repro steps:
* Two clusters with one host each.
* One Zone wide primary storage
1. Put one Host in Maintenance mode.
2. Register a windows template with rootdiskcontroller value as lsisas
3. Update the rootdiskcontroller values in database for vm_template_details to
lsisas.
7. Deploy a VM from the above template.
8. Stop the VM
9. Cancel maintenance on the host and update in Db max guest limit to 2 under
'hypervisor capabilities' table.
10. Start the VM
11. see the VM settings and check root disk Controller value .
