There are unused methods from the "UserVmManagerImpl" class that can be
removed, which will result also in changing two of its implemented interfaces
("UserVmManager" and "UserVmService"). The "UserVmManagerImplTest" class will
have small changes. Additionally, one unused interface can be removed
("BareMetalVmService").
