Addressing the following targeted use case :
As a CloudStack/Nuage operator
I want to provision a CloudStack Isolated Network based on a pre-existing
Domain/Zone/Subnet in the Nuage VSD
In order to consume VSD side provisioning in CloudStack such that i can deploy
VM’s in it a.o.
Similar for VPC tiers.
