CLOUDSTACK-9839: Add XenServer 7.1 and 7.2 interoperablility (#2346)
Adds XenServer 7.1 and 7.2 interoperablility.
Adds hypervisor to capabilities list and add guest OS mappings (copied from
7.0.0 mappings initially).
Add newly supported OSes and remove deprecated ones (XenServer)
