Thanks for reviewing @wido, can you also help test the new templates with
this branch. You may also want to add a new Jenkins+packer job to build
templates for 4.11/master+, see the README at `tools/appliances` for details.
(just checked I've ssh access, will upload templates later this weekend and
update the checksums in db upgrade path)
