- Related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-7974 which was
closed in 4.5, hence may be regression
- If this bug is picked up the feature request / improvement documented in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-10204 should be considered
