@fmaximus failures can be compared against the baseline master branch test
results in #2376 (I'll kick another round tonight). Given some failures, and
that we're already past the cut/freeze, do you think the PR is stable and would
be ready for merge in next 24 hours? We also lack additional code review lgtm
and there are pending remarks and oustanding issues.
