@rafaelweingartner user comments can be added to a list (enum) of entity
types: HOST("host"), DOMAIN("domain"), VM("vm_instance")
at this moment with the annotations API. addAnnotation, etc. This is
extendable to other entities. The annotations left on entities this way leaves
an audit trail by user id. Useful for admins.
