Niall Pemberton resolved VALIDATOR-239.
---------------------------------------

    Resolution: Invalid

If you construct the UrlValidator with the "ALLOW_2_SLASHES" option then the
url you gave as an example passes validation, for example:

        UrlValidator validator = new UrlValidator(UrlValidator.ALLOW_2_SLASHES);

Closing as INVALID

>
> Hello,
> It seems that URLs containing http:// in the middle of the URL are marked as
> invalid. However, both Internet Explorer and Firefox work fine with them and
> deliver the right content. Below is an example of an URL that works fine, but
> fails at the time of validation.
> String[] schemes={"http","https"};
> UrlValidator urlValidator=new UrlValidator(schemes);
> if(!urlValidator.isValid("http://www.instrumentpro.com/fullsize/http://www.instrumentpro.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/seypatb3.jpg";)){
>     System.out.println("THE URL IS INVALID");
> }
> Thank you very much!
