I'm talking about escapeCsv - it's not been released yet so is still game to be
rolled back. I'm wondering what the use case is for that.
My suspicion is that we'll end up with a Csv parser/writer in Lang at this
rate. It's not much code to go from the escaping to a parser for ISO, and then
people will start wanting to genericize it.
