broken
As a general note, this is not the first time that I notice and report broken
links in the apache projects.
I would suggest to submit "upper" to the Apache commitee the idea of having a
weekly test of all the links using some automated program then to report it to
each team.
I typically ask my QAs to check for broken links in the applications we develop
as this helps
