I can't find the snapshot on
http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository/. Am I looking in the
right place?
I note that if I build from subversion head (r614153) the group id is
commons-cli where I would have expected it to be org.apache.commons. Perhaps
the POM needs updating further?
