Both testCumulativeProbabilities and testInverseCumulativeProbabilities failed 
for me.
I got an IllegalArgumentException thrown by the generalizedHarmonic method.

I think a specific class for generalized harmonic series would be a good thing. 
Do you know efficient algorithms to compute them ?

Do you want this to be included in 1.2 (I hope we will release this soon) or in 
2.0 ?
