OK, once the RM and tool (m1 or m2) is decided we can then sort out OSGi. Are
there any packages of Commons Math that are consider "for internal use" and not
really for end-users? I ask because you can specify <Private-Package> for those
parts in OSGi and AIUI these are then not available to other bundles which
import Math.
