Could you please make sure you have a clean checkout? If that doesn't help,
could you say a bit more about your environment (JDK, primarily, and anything
else that may be relevant).
I fixed this test (the test itself is a tad fragile, but thats a separate topic

I tried on XP, and the build/tests pass for me on multiple JDKs (Sun 1.4.2,
1.5.0, 1.6.0 and IBM 1.4.2, 1.5.0). Our automated build is also passing at the
moment. So we'll need more details to be able to reproduce the failure.
