Isn't a full-fledged server outside the scope of Commons Net? Commons Net was
supposed to be for accessing common internet services. To quote the first
sentence of the Commons Net website:
"Apache Commons Net implements the client side of many basic Internet
protocols."
I think this belongs in either its own project or as part of some other project.
