I don't know anything about [launcher], but as a Commons and Ant developer I'd
be willing to work on some of these issues. At first glance I wonder where
this would end. It seems that allowing taskdef and typedef would effectively
put an end to the whole issue. Sequential is arguably not particularly useful,
considering that specifying a group of tasks in a sequential has the exact same
effect as omitting the sequential altogether.
