Reopening, this issue exists with static imports. For example with the
following code :

import static org.apache.commons.lang.ObjectUtils.*;
public class Test {
{
toString(null, "");
}
}
{code}
The compiler complains that toString() in java.lang.Object cannot be applied to
(<nulltype>,java.lang.String).
