Sebb resolved COMMONSSITE-32.

Resolution: Fixed
Rather than adding a comment to the original issue, it seems a JIRA move
redirects the issue, but without leaving any trace behind.
Furthermore, JIRA does not seem to record the move in an e-mail to the original
project.
This issue was created to record the fact that COMMONSSITE-31 is now AXIS2-3845
