Downloaded the 1.7.0 binary distributions for commons-beanutils from
http://commons.apache.org/downloads/download_beanutils.cgi (both zip and tar.gz
formats). It contains the file commons-beanutils.jar. Unpacked the
META-INF/MANIFEST.MF from this jar, which says:
Manifest-Version: 1.0
Ant-Version: Apache Ant 1.5.3
Created-By: 1.4.1_01-b01 (Sun Microsystems Inc.)
Extension-Name: org.apache.commons.beanutils
Specification-Title: Jakarta Commons Beanutils
Specification-Vendor: Apache Software Foundation

The Implementation-Version should be 1.7, shouldn't it? I would make the
priority Trivial on this bug, if I were sure I'd really gotten the 1.7.0
release. Can someone confirm?
