This is the old Util + some code to make sure it does not block indefinitely
for no good reason in
Util.copyStream(InputStream,OutputStream,int,CopyStreamListener,boolean).
Similar things will have to occur in all other aspects of the code where
contact is made with the FTP server OR setSoTimeout() will have to be made to
work better OR some other change will have to be made to address this issue in
a different way.
