If the call to OptionBuilder.create() fails with an IllegalArgumentException,
the OptionBuilder is not resetted and its next usage may contain unwanted
settings. Actually this let the CLI-1.2 RCs fail on IBM JDK 6 running on Maven
2.0.10.
