Resolution: Fixed
fixed in subversion repository as of r763412.
I have edited the patch slightly because it lacked javadoc for the epsilon
parameter and it broke the SimplexTableau tests (the test class for
SimplexTableau was not in the patch).
Please open a new Jira issue when such a problem arise, instead of reopening a
resolved issue. It is simpler to track and may be handled by another assignee.
