the multitude of flush in CSVPrinter ain't good

In CSVPrinter too many flushes.
It would be good to add get/setAutoFlush.
Also, I know there is already an open issue discussing this but
it would be really nice to not have 1 single forced flush.
In most cases there is no need of any flush.
Did a benchmark and it does indeed greatly affect performance, which in our
cases by 3 times.
