If and only if Collections be considered dead for 4.x and beyond, then consider
if there is any code that wants to be scavenged to live in Lang 3.x.
Basic rules:
* No implementations of Collections.
* If a successor of Collections defined, then not something it has.
Basically potential additions to java.util.Collections I suspect.
