I don't think that {{Vectors}} is a good name.
I'm not sure whether all the contents of {{commons-number-arrays}} should make
into the official release (e.g. {{MultidimensionalCounter}} should probably be
left out until there is an actual use-case).
Perhaps that classes such as {{LinearCombination}} should be moved to the
{{commons-numbers-core}} module...
