Email Validator should not allow local part to start or end with a dot also
dots. Also a double dot is not allowed.
Copied from Email Address wiki:
dot {{.}}, provided that it is not the first or last character and provided
also that it does not appear consecutively (e.g., {{[email protected]}} is
not allowed).
