Description: Hello. I discovered "Apache Commons BCEL" whilst working on
the SOLR-15517 and [https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/201] changes. And when
using the very helpful documentation I noticed that the wording could be made
more inclusive in a few places, opened
https://github.com/apache/commons-bcel/pull/98 with proposed edits. Thank you.
