Description:
CSVFormat.DEFAULT or at least CSVFormat.RFC4180 should have escape character
set to '"' as defined in [RFC
4180|https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4180].
7. If double-quotes are used to enclose fields, then a double-quote
appearing inside a field must be escaped by preceding it with
another double quote. For example:
"aaa","b""bb","ccc"
I just realized that '"' {*}doesn't work as escape character at all{*}. This...
isn't good.
