Interesting thing is , using EXPLICIT mode in that test will peform different too... at 1.1.1 , that test will wait forever under EXPLICIT mode but at 1.1.2 , that test will fail out directly, throw a FTPConnectionClosedException -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
